The National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Sen. David Mark, has urged the party’s governorship candidates to shun hate speech and empty promises.

A statement issued by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, on Monday, said Mark spoke at a consultation meeting with candidates at the ADC headquarters in Abuja.

Mark urged the candidates to avoid making promises they would not keep in office, warning that such conduct could erode the party’s integrity and credibility.
