US President Donald Trump has threatened Iran after Tehran’s retaliatory strikes on “US targets” in Jordan, saying “we’re going to hit them hard”.

In a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the SCO summit with India’s PM Narendra Modi, Iran’s president insisted that “Iran never welcomes war” but the US “has not fulfilled its commitments”.
