Bradley Barcola has completed his move to Liverpool from Paris Saint-Germain in a deal worth £106million (€125m) plus add-ons potentially rising to £17m (€20m).The 23-year-old France international has penned a five-year deal with the Merseyside club, who have made an additional £4.3m (€5m) solidarity payment for Barcola, covering the costs of the sell-on fee which Lyon negotiated with PSG upon his move to the French capital in 2023.The wide forward becomes Liverpool’s third most expensive signing behind last year’s arrivals of Alexander Isak and Florian Wirtz, and follows the permanent transfers of Victor Munoz and Jeremy Jacquet, alongside the loan signing of Ronald Araujo, at Anfield this summer.Barcola had been identified as a key target for Liverpool to help replace Mohamed Salah, who departed at the end of last season, and Barcola had been committed to a move despite having two years left on his contract in the France capital.Barcola, who will wear the No 29 shirt, told the club’s website: “It’s a great pride to be able to play for Liverpool. It took a long time but I’m really happy today to be able to play for Liverpool and all I want is to be on the pitch.“I hope to achieve very big things.
