Bank Jakarta is moving ahead with its plan for an initial public offering (IPO) in June 2027 while cautioning that the corporate action would still depend on capital market dynamics.Bank Jakarta president director Agus Haryoto Widodo said the company was preparing for an IPO and would carry out the process gradually before entering the capital market.
“Bank Jakarta’s IPO is currently in process. The target is set for June 2027, but it depends on the [market] situation,” said Agus on Friday, as quoted by Bisnis.
