RIYADH — Al Hilal have completed the signing of England international Ollie Watkins from Aston Villa, adding one of the Premier League’s most prolific forwards to their squad on a three-year contract.The Riyadh club confirmed the high-profile transfer on Sunday night, with the 30-year-old striker declaring: “Proud to be blue.
