It returns to an earlier thread — Part 4's runner-independence (Mike Czerwinski's point that "verifiable" is a property of the check's independence from the generator, not of the output) and Theorem 2 (the Data Processing Inequality bound on text-channel verification). A comment from nexus-lab-zen gives that thread a name on the assumption side, and an experiment forces a refinement of what "prose rots" actually means.
