The transaction will see ePointZero acquire the stakes held by existing investors Actis and Africa50 through an acquisition vehicle established with Azura founder Amaya Capital. Amaya will keep a 10% minority interest.Azura operates three gas-fired power plants with a combined capacity of 752 MW -- the 461-MW Azura-Edo plant in Nigeria, the 116-MW Tobene plant in Senegal and the 175-MW Central Termica de Ressano Garcia (CTRG) plant in Mozambique.
