Milimani Court has closed a burial dispute case involving the late Kenya Commercial Bank Head of Data Protection, Rosemary Chemutai.
This comes after her husband, Kelvin Migwe Kimwatu, withdrew the suit following confirmation that the deceased had been buried last Friday night.
Mr Kimwatu further declined to seek exhumation or contempt proceedings against her in-laws or KCB, saying he leaves what happened to God.
