The Las Vegas Raiders’ initial 53-man roster is set. Within it are three quarterbacks, a few surprises, a trade and some injury news — both good and bad.To start with the positive, running back Ashton Jeanty avoided injured reserve and will start the season on the active roster. Jeanty suffered an ankle injury during practice last week, causing him to miss the preseason finale against the 49ers, and sparking concern over his regular-season availability. But his lack of designation shows the Raiders believe he’ll be ready to return within the first month of the year. The negative is that rookie edge Keyron Crawford is out for the year with an ankle injury. The third-round pick had to be carted off during the 49ers game on Thursday, and the team placed him on IR with no designation to return on Sunday, effectively ending his season before it began.Raiders QB coach Sullivan merges Carr, Mendoza erasSam WarrenThe Raiders certainly have some remaining question marks at several positions, and by virtue of finishing with the worst record in the NFL last season, they have the top priority on the league’s waiver wire. All players with less than four accrued NFL seasons are subject to a Raiders claim first. There’s certainly lots of talent out there, so it’s likely the Raiders will still look a little bit different for Week 1 than they do now.Regardless, let’s dig into the roster as it currently stands:Offense (24)Quarterback (3): Kirk Cousins, Fernando Mendoza, Aidan O’Connell
