Aug 31, 2026 – 12.00pmForrestania Resources’ bid to acquire Zenith Minerals has suffered a major setback after the Takeovers Panel returned a finding of unacceptable circumstances in its pursuit of the gold and lithium group.The panel responded to two applications, one from fund manager Harvest Lane Asset Management and another from Perth-based gold investor, Ida Metal, which holds 11.1 per cent of Zenith.
