I built an agent that coordinates eldercare for my mother in India, and the interesting part was not the agents. It was the four times I stopped and decided what the system was not allowed to do, and then put those decisions somewhere no prompt can reach.

The problem, briefly
My parents live in Thoothukudi. I don't. Every NRI I know has the same 3 a.m. fear: something happens, and by the time you hear about it, the decisions that mattered have already been made by whoever was standing there.
