Health Minister C. Damodar Raja Narasimha has directed officials to complete all pending works at the Warangal Super Specialty Hospital by October and make the facility ready to provide medical services by December.The Minister reviewed the progress of construction works at the Warangal Super Specialty Hospital, the Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (TIMS) in Alwal and LB Nagar at a meeting held at the Secretariat in Hyderabad on Saturday.Officials from the R&B Department and representatives of the construction agencies informed the Minister that construction at the hospital was in its final stages and would be completed by October. Installation of equipment, including X-ray and CT scan machines, is underway and is expected to be completed in September. The minister said the government planned to inaugurate the hospital in December. He directed officials to conduct a trial run from November.On the two under-construction TIMS hospitals, R&B officials informed the Minister that construction of the TIMS Alwal facility would be completed by the end of this year, while the TIMS LB Nagar project is expected to be completed by March 2027.
