Actor Tara Sutaria has given a glimpse inside her new Mumbai home, an elegant space in Pali Hill that brings together her love for music, art, vintage records and interiors.Located in Anand House, a heritage building in Bandra West’s Pali Hill, the apartment is reportedly valued at around ₹15 crore to ₹25 crore, according to NoBroker. Designed largely by Tara herself, the home features a palette of whites and ivories, wooden flooring, silverware, statement artwork and carefully selected decor pieces.Tara, who has said she is “obsessed with interiors and décor”, has given the house a distinctly personal character. The sitting area features a curated display of records, artwork and memorabilia, while one section of the home is dedicated to her piano.A piano with a personal connectionMusic plays an important role in Tara’s home. The actor has a dedicated piano corner featuring a baby grand piano, something she had always wanted for her house.The piano is particularly special to her as it was previously used by her accompanist during her concerts. Tara said she often hosts musical evenings with friends at home, where they play the piano, she sings and everyone dances.The home also houses a collection of vintage and limited-edition records. Among them is the Love Story album, which belongs to Tara’s father and is one of her favourite films. She also owns a limited-edition The Phantom of the Opera record.Tara said her record player is still at her family home and that she plans to bring it to her new residence.Artwork that marks a new phaseThe actor’s art collection adds another personal touch to the interiors. One of her favourite pieces is a painting titled Newness, created by a close friend from Goa.Tara explained that the artwork represents the new phase of her life and her first home.Another wall is dedicated to her career, featuring magazine covers from films such as Heropanti 2 and Ek Villain 2. The display serves as a visual reminder of her journey in the film industry.European-style kitchen and elegant dining spaceThe dining area continues the home's muted aesthetic, with white tones, black chairs and silver plates. The decor also incorporates elements that Tara describes as reflecting her Parsi background.The kitchen stands out for its European-inspired design. With its clean, bright interiors and classic detailing, the space has a distinctly London-style feel.Tara's interest in cooking is another part of her home life. She said her passion for cooking began around the COVID-19 pandemic and even prepared her signature green chicken during the home tour.A home filled with memoriesBeyond its polished interiors, Tara’s apartment is filled with objects connected to different stages of her life.
