MANILA, Philippines — Several areas in Quezon City are flooded due to continuous rains on Saturday afternoon, according to the city government.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration has placed Metro Manila and several areas in Luzon under heavy (red) rainfall warning, as of 2 p.m., which indicates more than 30 millimeters may prevail within the next three hours.
