Spanning six episodes, the documentary follows childhood sweethearts Michael and Louise, and their kids Gemma, Emily, James, and Jessica.‌In early episodes of the show, Michael and Louise share their sweet love story, revealing that they went to the same primary school and grew up together. But they didn't start dating until around 17 years old.‌The husband and wife have stayed strong for over 28 years, but what is there to know about their offspring?Gemma, 23Perhaps the most famous Owen child, Gemma is described as the "female version" of her dad in the six-part show.‌She shot to fame after appearing on Love Island in 2022, at just 19 years old. She sparked a romance with Islander Luca Bish and they made it all the way to the final, finishing in second place.However, the couple split up just three months after the show.These days, the reality star is an international dressage rider and impressively finished in fourth place in the 2026 Markel Magnolia Cup.‌Emily, 18Gemma's younger sister, Emily, is described as "the academic" of the bunch. She is Michael and Louise's third eldest child and has dreams of becoming a sport psychologist.In the docu-series, the 18-year-old is shown preparing for university which will make her the first of her siblings to attend higher education.‌She grew up interested in sports just like her dad, though Emily's game of choice was athletics. She competed in 100 metre and 60 metre sprinting and had a bright future in the field, until she suffered a hip injury at just 16 years old."It got to the point where it was hard to walk. So I had to stop doing athletics," Emily reveals in the documentary. Dealing with the injury inspired her to study sports psychology.Emily explains: "I want to study sports psychology; how to deal with all the stress of sports and anxiety. I just like the idea of finding out what people are thinking."‌James, 20Content cannot be displayed without consentThe only boy of the brood, James hoped he would follow in his father's footballing steps. But he couldn't pursue the sport because he is clinically blind and suffers from Stargardt disease, a hereditary eye disorder that progressively gets worse.The condition means that he has limited vision, restricted to his peripheral vision.‌Reflecting on his sport aspirations, James confesses: "That was my dream, to follow my dad's footsteps, to be a footballer and make a great career."To have the realisation that it's not possible, it kills you. It used to break my heart every day coming back from school. And I just used to cry and I used to think life was unfair."However, it looks like the 20-year-old will still be following his dad's example by joining the family's racehorse business.‌Jessica, 16Emily is the youngest Owen child and was just about to start her GCSEs when the reality show filmed.The teenager has hopes of becoming a showjumper, and will shift her focus onto this dream as soon as she finishes school.Article continues below"I am not planning on going to sixth form.
