Nigeria’s maiden Limitless Without Borders event brought founders, investors, and diaspora professionals together in Victoria Island for a day built around funding, global mobility, and practical growth advice
Limitless Without Borders (LWB) held its first Nigerian edition, LWB 4.0 Lagos, on August 15, 2026, at Queens Park Events Centre, Victoria Island. The event brought together founders, investors, tech operators, and diaspora professionals for a day focused on one central question: what does it actually take to build for global relevance?
The Lagos edition marks a major milestone for LWB, a platform founded by Rukayat Alabi that has spent the last four years helping Nigerians in the United Kingdom navigate careers and business. Bringing the platform to Lagos signals its expansion into direct engagement with founders and professionals building from within Nigeria.
From banking to building a movement
Rukayat Alabi’s own career path shaped the direction of LWB. She transitioned from corporate banking into building RKY Careers, a community that has grown to more than 100,000 professionals, with 5,000 alumni who have completed her upskilling programmes.
