On July 26, the site suffered low water pressure and supply problems following a power failure at a water treatment plant in south-east England.Natasha Nzekwe, who is due to fly to Amsterdam from the North Terminal, said today: "There's no water at all, you can't even wash your hands in the toilets."She told the BBC: "If I were on a long haul flight I think it would be worse, not being able to properly wash your hands is frustrating, and they haven't given us any information as to what is going on."No one seems to be making a scene, but I feel frustrated because this is the second time this has happened."SES Water says it is working to repair a burst main which is affecting supply to the airport.A Gatwick Airport spokesperson said the issue was "affecting water supply in both terminals and is under investigation by SES Water", but that flights were unaffected."A water issue is causing some disruption in the local area," the airport said. "The problem is affecting water supply in both terminals and is currently under investigation by SES Water."At present, there has been no impact on flights. We will provide further updates and apologise for any inconvenience to passengers."Responding to the announcement, one furious passenger said: "You took your time to make this announcement, how about tell all your passengers at Gatwick Airport that all toilets are closed and all restaurants, bars, cafes are not operating, no hot food or drinks available anywhere."No notices issued anywhere at the airport."Another asked: "Didn't this happen a few weeks ago also?"One passenger fumed: "Agree, really poor service no announcements.
