The Philips Baristina is easy (and fun) to use, but that’s kind of where the positives end. If you value simplicity over anything else, this might be the machine for you… but at $530, it’s not even cheap enough to excuse its one-trick-pony milk frother, mid-tasting espresso, and plasticky exterior.
