The 10-year Treasury note was less than 1 basis point higher, at 4.676%, at 4 a.m. ET. The 30-year Treasury bond yield was less than 1 basis point higher at 5.199%, while the yield on the 2-year Treasury note was flat at 4.229%.One basis point equals 0.01%.
