Speaking with reporters following the press conference for The Notebook: The Musical on Thursday, Carla reassured fans who have been concerned about Sophia's recent absence from some activities, saying that rest is exactly what her daughter needs at the moment.
"She's really resting, so don't worry. This is for her own good," Carla said in an interview with the Philippine Star.
