MoMo Payment Service Bank (MoMo PSB), the fintech subsidiary of MTN Nigeria licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to provide digital financial services, money transfers and bill payments via mobile devices, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bode Abifarin as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 September 2026.
Bode joins MoMo PSB with more than 23 years of experience spanning financial services, consulting, digital payments, fintech, strategy, operations and business transformation. She is widely recognised for her role in scaling some of Africa’s most impactful financial services and technology institutions, bringing deep expertise in driving growth, innovation, operational excellence and financial inclusion across the continent.
