MANILA, Philippines — Face-to-face classes are suspended in parts of Luzon on Friday, Aug. 28, due to inclement weather brought by the southwest monsoon or “habagat.”

City of Manila – no face-to-face classes (public and private); shift to alternative modes of learning

Marikina City – no face-to-face classes (public and private); shift to alternative modes of learning

Caloocan City – no face-to-face classes (public and private); shift to alternative modes of learning
