The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria has disowned a fake “Letter of Provisional Offer of Employment” being circulated by unauthorised persons claiming to represent the authority.

FAAN, in a statement on X on Thursday, said it is not currently conducting any recruitment exercise and has no connection with the purported employment letter or related job offers.

The authority warned members of the public against falling victim to the fraudulent recruitment scheme, urging them not to make payments or provide personal information to the individuals behind the fake offers.

“FAAN wishes to state categorically that the Authority is not currently conducting any recruitment exercise and disassociates itself from this letter and any related employment offers,” the statement said.
