Start time and location of the draw: The UEFA Conference League draw will take place on Friday, August 28 at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.
It will follow immediately after the Europa League draw, which is scheduled to begin at 12pm.
How the draw works: Teams are seeded into six pots and an automated system will randomly draw six unique opponents for each participating club.
This digital system will also determine which three matches are played at home and which three are away, while strictly ensuring no team is drawn against an opponent from their own country.
Format of the competition: The tournament starts with a 36-team league phase.
