The Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, on Thursday swore in Mr Terry Igiebor as Chairman of the Ecological Funding and Management Commission, while Prof. David Osifo was sworn in as a member.
Okpebholo also swore in Dr Shittu Shaibu as Chairman of the Edo State Electricity Regulatory Commission, with Mr Thomas Inegbedion, Abdulrask Abubakar, Alex Oniawu and Patrick Iluobe as members.
Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony at the Government House, Benin, Okpebholo, while congratulating them, said that their appointment came with enormous responsibilities.
According to him, it is a difficult one, especially the Rural Electrification Agency, which is very essential to achieve a common goal for the people.
“The task before you is enormous; it is going to be difficult, but with your determination, we can achieve whatever we want to achieve.
