The carrier will fly to Vienna, Reykjavik, and Porto for the first time, and it will be the only U.S. airline serving Vienna

American Airlines announced Thursday it will add seven new international routes to its 2027 schedule, including service to three destinations it has never previously served: Vienna, Porto, Portugal, and Reykjavik, Iceland.
All seven routes will operate as daily service. Tickets go on sale Aug. 31 at AA.com and through the airline's mobile app, the company said.
