The MCHOSE K99 V2 is a wonderful, thocky keyboard for hardcore typists — and I really wish it didn’t have these flaws

The MCHOSE K99 V2 offers an outstanding typing experience, thanks to its responsive linear switches. The keyboard boasts a pleasing creamy-thocky sound profile, and customization is easy via proprietary (albeit Windows-only) software. It’s also got a 1,000Hz polling rate for casual gaming. However, there’s some flex in the body; stock switch choice is limited to linear; and web-based software on macOS is finicky.
