Afri Invoice Nigeria Limited has opened a strategic investment round as it seeks to attract investors who backed some of Nigeria’s biggest fintech infrastructure companies, including Monnify, Flutterwave and Interswitch, to fund its expansion across Africa.
The Lagos-based company is positioning the fundraising around the growing demand for electronic invoicing and digital tax compliance as regulators across African markets move businesses toward structured invoices, real-time validation and automated reporting.
