The company reported $805 million in revenue and raised its full-year guidance, citing demand for tools to secure AI agents

Okta reported second-quarter revenue of $805 million on Wednesday, up 11% from a year ago, beating analyst expectations and sending Okta stock up 20% in extended trading.

Analysts had forecast adjusted earnings of 97 cents per share on $795 million in revenue, according to CNBC; Okta delivered $1.05 per share instead. On a GAAP basis, the company earned $116 million, or 65 cents per diluted share, up from $67 million, or 37 cents per diluted share, in the same quarter a year earlier.
