Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADSK) will release its second earnings report after the closing bell on Thursday, Aug. 27.

Analysts expect the San Francisco, California-based company to report quarterly earnings of $3.12 per share, up from $2.62 per share in the year-ago period. The consensus estimate for ADSK’s quarterly revenue is $2.01 billion. It reported $1.76 billion last year, according to Benzinga Pro.

On May 28, Autodesk reported upbeat first-quarter financial results and agreed to acquire MaintainX.

Autodesk shares rose 1.4% to close at $254.77 on Wednesday.
