Only Lego Star Wars fans know the excitement of the latest reveals — that lightsaber-like buzz about which corner of a galaxy far, far away will get the plastic brick treatment next. Well, set the excitement levels to Class 0.5 hyperdrive because Lego has really brought out the big guns for its next Star Wars-themed build. And we do mean big. Due for release on Oct. 4, the Executor Super Star Destroyer is the longest Lego ever made — a 53.5 inches (136 cm) recreation of Darth Vader’s flagship star destroyer, constructed with no fewer than 6,130 pieces.

The build is so massive that it required the design team to engineer a new Lego System core that uses Technic outriggers for extra strength to anchor the exterior panels. It also features all-new tile decorations to recreate hull lighting.
