On Tuesday, a judge determined that you cannot ban drag shows in the state of Texas, advising people who don’t like them to simply not go. U.S. District Judge David Hittner blocked a 2023 Texas law that sought to criminalize drag shows — termed “sexually oriented performances” — that could be seen by minors.
