EverGen Infrastructure Announces Voting Results for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Held on August 25, 2026
EverGen Infrastructure Corp. (“EverGen” or the “Company”) (TSXV: EVGN), is pleased to report the voting results from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) held on August 25, 2026. A total of 16,172,472 common shares were represented at the meeting, representing 62.43% of the Company’s outstanding shares.
