This financing replaces the company's existing €1.5bn ($1.75bn) deal and comprises significant undrawn committed debt facilities. The transaction was strongly supported by a broad group of banks and institutional investors.
Australian investment firm Macquarie Asset Management was among those investors, with the company separately confirming it had €125 million ($145m) in senior term loan financing.
