IDSA updates guidance on resistant gram-negative infections

The Infectious Diseases Society of America has updated its guidance on the treatment of antimicrobial-resistant gram-negative infections in the United States. The new guidance refreshes updates made in 2024 and focuses on preferred vs. alternative treatment strategies, as well as transitioning to oral therapy and treatment durations.
