Haig Partners Serves as Exclusive Advisor on the Sale of O’Gara Coach San Diego Dealerships
Transaction Includes Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, McLaren and Rolls Royce Franchises
Haig Partners LLC, a leading buy-sell advisory firm to auto retailers in the United States, served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to O’Gara Coach, one of the largest luxury dealerships in the world, with locations in Beverly Hills, San Diego, and Westlake Village. O’Gara Coach sold its La Jolla platform, consisting of O’Gara Coach Bugatti, O’Gara Coach Lamborghini, O’Gara Coach McLaren, O’Gara Coach Rolls Royce as well as O’Gara Coach Bentley located in Rancho Santa Fe.
These dealerships have been renamed San Diego Luxury Motors. The buyer of the dealerships is not being disclosed.
