Ukraine has freed 10 Russian prisoners of war in exchange for Moscow returning the same number of captive Ukrainians earlier this week, Russia’s human rights commissioner said Wednesday.

Moscow and Kyiv frequently exchange captive soldiers, in one of the few areas of cooperation between the warring sides.
