Horrifying footage has emerged from Nepal after devastating floods and landslides swept away buildings and bridges, leaving at least 22 people dead and hundreds missing.One video, captured by a CCTV camera, shows a massive mudslide crashing into Gyirong Port on the China-Nepal border as people desperately flee the area.Within seconds, the scene is engulfed by mud and water, sending vehicles and buses flying and tearing through infrastructure as floodwater surges across the area.Another video, filmed from inside a bus, shows people running as a wall of water comes rushing towards them. Passengers can be heard screaming and crying as the bus reaches higher ground, while they watch in horror as the floodwaters continue to rise.A separate CCTV video from the Rasuwagadhi border point on the Nepal-Tibet border captures people fleeing another mudslide as it engulfs the area.The torrent tossed busses and cars into the air and smashed through a car park barrier as it tore through the site in apocalyptic scenes.Experts believe a 4.4-magnitude quake triggered an ice avalanche which in turn blocked the Lhende river. Water then built up behind the blockage before bursting downstream with devastating consequences.
