Zoho Corporation and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) are rolling out a digital support programme worth up to N20 billion for 25,000 Nigerian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
Under the partnership announced Wednesday, eligible businesses within SMEDAN’s ecosystem will receive Zoho wallet credits that can be used across more than 60 cloud-based business applications, including accounting, customer relationship management and workplace collaboration tools.
The programme is designed to reduce the cost of technology adoption for small businesses while giving them access to tools typically used by larger companies.
Businesses will be able to use the credits on products such as Zoho Books for accounting, Bigin for customer management and Zoho Workplace for email and collaboration.
But the initiative goes beyond software access. Zoho and SMEDAN will provide training, workshops, one-on-one business consultations and technical support to help participating businesses integrate the tools into their daily operations.
