The Co Cork resident verbally abused cabin crew and called the situation a "f****** joke" when told he could not use the toilet during a flight delay. Footage shared online showed Moynihan lunging towards passengers who were filming him before the co-pilot intervened. He pleaded guilty at Uxbridge Magistrates Court to entering an aircraft while drunk and failing to obey the lawful commands of a pilot. Magistrate Sandra Joseph noted the case was not sent to the Crown Court only because the aircraft was still on the ground.
