MANILA, Philippines – The New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC) has signed an airport use agreement (AUA) with the Philippine Airlines (PAL), governing the flag carrier’s operations at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
The agreement sets key performance indicators aimed at improving operational efficiency and aligning airline operations with the service levels NNIC itself is required to meet under its concession agreement with the government, the airport operator said in a news release Tuesday.
“This agreement gives us a clearer framework for setting expectations, measuring performance and working together to maintain consistent service standards,” NNIC President Ramon Ang said.
The consortium intends to use the AUA with PAL as the template for similar arrangements with other airlines operating at the country’s primary gateway.
