$13.7 Billion Quake AI Term Sheet Accelerates Enterprise Cloud Pivot
The surge follows the company’s disclosure that its Quake AI cloud division entered into a binding term sheet and commercial agreement with an unaffiliated U.S.-based cloud customer for up to $13.7 billion in GPU services over six years.
Under the agreement, Quake AI will supply dedicated AI compute capacity from RUM’s developing Maysville, Georgia data center facility, significantly accelerating its expansion into enterprise cloud infrastructure.
