Toronto police said they’ve arrested a man connected to the murder of a Toronto father in a Scarborough parking lot in 2022.
Ding Ping Wang, 31, was sitting inside his car parked in a plaza near Midland and Passmore avenues at about 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2022 when an unidentified man walked up to the window and started shooting, police said. Wang died shortly after at the scene.
