CLEAResult Strengthens Utility Demand Management Portfolio with Acquisition of Connected Energy
CLEAResult, the largest provider of energy efficiency, energy transition, and energy sustainability services in North America, has acquired Connected Energy, a technology company providing demand management and distributed energy resource management (DERMS) solutions to electric utilities across the U.S.
Demand management and DERMS have been a growing part of CLEAResult's work with utility clients for years, developed through end-to-end program delivery and partnership execution. Connected Energy's established DERMS platform, hardware-based direct load control technology, and specialized agricultural demand response capability extend that work into commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets — an application where CLEAResult is already a recognized market leader.
