Samsung’s new Galaxy S27 Ultra is getting a massive redesign and, thanks to the latest leak, we’ve got a better look at what to expect, but we’re also now bracing for a major price hike.
Following leaks over the weekend that first depicted Samsung’s new design, @OnLeaks and Android Headlines have posted CAD-based renders of the Galaxy S27 Ultra’s new design. While these renders are never completely infallible – mistakes have been made before – the track record speaks for itself, and it’s very likely this is the device we’ll see released in January.
With that in mind, this is a pretty radical redesign on Samsung’s part, especially just months after the company insisted its vertical camera design was its “core identity.”
The new look has a camera plateau similar to the iPhone 16 series, while the overall shape of the device is mostly unchanged. It is a little bit bigger, though, with the dimensions supposedly coming in at 163.76 x 78.25 x 7.97mm – just a hair larger in every dimension compared to Galaxy S26 Ultra. The camera module bumps out to 12.53mm, apparently, which sounds wild.
