First announced earlier this month, the notes were offered in two series: 0.5 percent convertible notes due 2030 and 4.5 percent convertible notes due 2034, in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers.
Nebius said the company intends to use the net proceeds to “finance the continuing growth of its business,” including building out data centers, developing its AI cloud, the expansion of its data center footprint, procurement of key components including GPUs, and general corporate purposes.
