Under the agreement, the companies will work together to develop and refine advanced liquid cooling technologies, informed by the requirements of the hyperscale and AI infrastructure Echelon is developing across its portfolio.
The firms said development activities are expected to “commence imminently,” with initial focus areas including direct-to-chip cooling fluids, thermal management systems, and modular liquid cooling solutions optimized for AI and high-performance computing deployments.
