US President Donald Trump launched a fresh jibe on Canada on Tuesday saying that the country has been "ripping off" the United States for decades and is the "most difficult and unreasonable" to deal with."Canada has been Ripping Off the U.S.A. for decades. They feel entitled, but they are not a State, and will be entitled no longer!"
