Real REMAX Group Inc. (NASDAQ:REAX) completed the Real-RE/MAX business combination and authorized a share repurchase program of up to $450 million.
The transaction also included a 10-for-1 consolidation of Real’s shares and introduced a new ownership structure.

Real and RE/MAX Holdings completed their previously announced business combination, creating Real REMAX Group Inc.
Real’s common shares and RE/MAX Holdings’ Class A shares stopped trading under their former Nasdaq and New York Stock Exchange listings after Monday’s close.
