Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed the permanent capture of Sávio, the winger formerly known as Savinho, in an eye-watering deal worth a total of $116 million (£85 million at the time of agreement).The Brazilian forward showed flashes of his potential at Manchester City without ever quite catching light.
